Staff very friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had a issue with our door lock. However, the staff dealt with this professionally and did all they could to put things right for us. The manager and the team should receive recognition for the way they handled the situation. They were brilliant in every way. A big thank you. We had a lovely time in Liverpool and would definitely stay again. The hotel has everything you need for a city break. Rooms great, food was good, beds comfortable, no noise.Parking was straight forward and easy with discount voucher.

Fabulous staff, very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location handy for everything. Accommodation lovely and spacious with toiletries & tea/coffee provided - but no hairdryer? Luxury lobby with good selection of assorted seating included sofas, tables & chairs all set out in areas so felt quite private and cozy. Limited but tasty buffet breakfast provided and coffee machine with tea selection too available 24/7. Excellent value for money and a perfect alternate option to a hotel. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe & looked after.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only slight negatives were that the king sized bed was two smaller beds pushed together and these did move apart and create a dip in the middle of the bed overnight. There is also some building work ongoing in the area so there was a drilling noise at times.

Lovely hotel close to all city centre atttractions

Easy to find, easy to check in, man on receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Room was just what we needed and very clean. Tv didnt have many chanels and there wasnt many tea and coffee sachets, however to be fair we didnt ask for any more. Room wasnt cleaned while we were there. Breakfast was ok, black pudding and omlettes were dry (10am Sunday) and not very tasty. Not a huge selection for breakfast. Only scrambled egg saturday, omlette sunday. No fried or poached.2 types of Muffins but both were dry. However for a complimentary breakfast it was ok. Restaurant area was very nicely presented. Everywhere was very clean and the room was pretty perfect.

Lovely apartments. Clean. Check in was quick. £20 a night parking fee which is expensive or public down the road for £12 a night. Very central to everything. The breakfast was self service but was delicious. First day it was scrambled egg. Next day omelette. Bacon and sausage good quality. We enjoyed our stay
