The check-in process was quick, but the room itself was cold. I was given Room 233 on the first floor, just to the left of the stairs. When I arrived, the room was quite chilly. I turned on the heater, but it remained lukewarm even after some time because the control button wasn’t working properly.
Since the phone in the room wasn’t working either, I had to go to reception for assistance. The receptionist advised me to turn the radiator knob to the highest setting (10) and helped fix the button issue. However, the radiator was still very slow in heating up the room, and I had to sit in my coat for quite a while before it became warm enough.
On a positive note, the cleaner on our floor was very helpful. She changed the towels daily and regularly provided tea bags, coffee, milk, and other essentials.
