My mum and I stayed over for the night due to an event in Manchester and on arrival we were offered a free upgrade to the new part of the hotel which had a balcony over looking the cricket ground. The room itself was fab, clean and had brand new appliances. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Good place to stay

This is my second time staying in this hotel within six months as its location is convenient for my purpose of visiting Manchester. I was given the same room which I stayed in the last occassion. I am happy with the overall services provided by the hotel. The staff in the reception is polite, the checkin is speedy, and the carpark is large and easy to access. Regarding the guest room, it is in good condition and the bed is really comfy.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel

Fantastic stay. Staff were all friendly, professional and welcoming. Room was wonderful, with everything we could have needed. The view of the pitch was brilliant. Annexe was a bit of a walk but worth it and also very close to breakfast, which I would recommend.

A very good stay. Felt safe and secure for my entire stay. Staff were on hand and helpful throughout. Good access to cricket ground, Old Trafford Football ground and accessibility to City Centre.

Some parts are still under construction. Can be a bit loud in the night but it was valentines weekend. Staff were helpful and friendly but I wasn’t told they’d take a £50 deposit, and I wasn’t told what this was for either- it leaves my bank account instantly but takes a week to come back into my account. Good room, spacious and good food
