Was weary after reading reviews but room very clean staff friendly had 1 issue but very quickky sorted room basic but great value even had towels had pool table foorball table and cafe in reception. Was going to concert at coop live great location for it metro just across the road perfect for a one or couple of nights stay

Very basic but ok stay.

The underneath of our bed was dirty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. A hand towel would have been useful rather than big ones. Pillows were very flat & only one provided. Remote control broken but replaced quickly.

The room was not of a high standard of cleanliness and there was a bad smell throughout the room. Marks on the walls, furnishing and flooring and rusting and peeling materials around the room. Incredibly disappointing for the price of £255 for two nights and incredibly deceptive from the photographs. I had to book into another hotel as the experience was so distressing and unclean.
