I had to leave the property immediately after my daughter and I arrived to see the ghetto we had paid for . This place is truly appalling and Expedia should feel shamed for offering it to their unassuming clients . Although it appears by all the help that I haven't had from them that they don't give a toss !!!!

Avoid at all cost

This place is absolutely disgraceful. Dirty, unsafe, dangerous. So bad that i only spent 10 minutes in the room before checking out. I told the guy on reception my concerns and he just said ok. Appalling place in a terrible location.

Its cheap for a reason.

It was a cheap room booked last minute when we realised the event we were attending would finish after our last train home. The room wasn't great but its what we expected. The ensuite door didnt shut, the shower door was broken and the walls were very thin but it was cheaper than a taxi home.

The place is horrendous but you get what you pay for. Check in was easy and bed was clean and comfortable but that’s about it. Single glazed windows where two were stuck open (I stayed in November 29th!) If you literally need somewhere dry to sleep for a few hours after a night out in Manchester for dirt cheap I would recommend though.

Terrible. Dirty, stained carpets, tatty room given (not what we booked). Over priced-cost us £200 for three adults. Male attempted to gain access to our room by asking for a cup of water! Avoid at all costs. Unsafe for females! A number of long term males residing there

What was there to like? We paid alot of money for the room that was nothing like the pictures. There were holes in the wall, which was not surprising, since everyone probably take out on the wall out of anger when they book the room and then get this "room" if you can call it that just because it has walls. The 1 towel per 2 guests was dirty with skidmarks, heatkettle was full of water with dirty pieces in it, the door to the room were 5 cm above the ground, and the shared bathroom was just another complete shock. Never imagined that accomondation could be in such a disgraceful state

Room was grotty and graffiti ridden. No towels provided, let alone soap or shampoo. Don’t be fooled by the photos, my student accommodation was in better shape than this place.
