Excellent room facilities for a few days stay. Room clean and spacious. Lovely views. Bed comfortable. Car park very tight for large cars, and expensive. Cheaper option next door in a multi story. Excellent breakfast selection, no bar or evening restaurant in this hotel. However they do have a selection of snacks and basic microwave meals available. Also a selection of bottles of wine you can enjoy in the side area of reception and they will provide glasses from what we observed. Great location, easy walk into the centre. Just wish we had more time to explore. Staff friendly at breakfast and at reception. Great value hotel and will definitely return.

Great room. Very quiet with super comfy bed. Staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was disorderly though. Nowhere to sit and no one to greet you and arrange tables when free. So a bit of scramble to get to a free table. However staff kept the food fully topped up and tables cleared quickly. Need more than one coffee machine too as a very long queue.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were really welcoming & friendly. We had free breakfast, which was a buffet and delicious. The hotel was located right next to the M&S arena, so excellent if you were going to a show. The only negative was our room. The shower was a bit dirty around the doors with limescale. They also do not clean the rooms unless asked of a weekend. We have never encountered this at a hotel before, you just put a sign on the door to say if no housekeeping is needed. We stayed 3 nights so this resulted in our bins overflowing when we left. We also had to approach one of the room attendants for more toilet roll during our stay.
