Think of there is a known issue then this needs to be addressed to customers immediately. When we checked in no one advised there was a maintenance issue with hot water, which caused brown water in the bath tub. I couldn’t bath my children and this was at 730pm when I rang to address this . Then there was a delay with more communication which I then had to head downstairs to the lobby as no one answered the phone at reception , this was 930pm and was then told there is no other room for me to move and the water was still brown . We were also locked out of our room the next day as no one activated the second card we were given either.

It's an airport hotel. The food was OK. The service, whilst polite, was hardly informative (we sort of wandered about, looking for help before we finally approached somebody). Otherwise comfortable.
