Construction happening so entrance was a bit hard to find. Not well signed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Quiet. Shower lets water out into standing area of bathroom but seems standard with all open showers. Quick 2 minute or less walk to airport check in.

The Novatel Auckland was perfect location if you have an early fightime. It’s 1 minutes from the Airport drop off area which makes it easy for family or friends to drop you off and no car park fees. The hotel has a good selection of choices in their restaurant for an evening meal. In the morning get up checkout easily a minutes walk across the pedestrian walkway to check in perfect!
