This basic property is a sectioned off area under a larger house and accessible only by stairs. Any movement in this house could be heard day and night. It could be improved if there were was a toilet paper holder and places to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. The bathroom door is an opaque shower door with no latch and does not offer enough privacy. The 2 bedrooms are small with double beds and and with partially open walls to the open Kitchen and living areas. Please note that this place has a vey steep drive with limited car parking.
