We had a great stay and were very comfortable in our lovely spacious room. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage for our bags which isn't always the case. We enjoyed yummy cocktails in the lounge overlooking Panmure Basin. We had a few non guests join us for breakfast and everyone was very impressed. We now have a new place to stay when we visit Auckland.

We loved this place! It's definitely worth staying. It has a Bath in the room or a spa pool outside and a small gym. The beds are really comfortable the room we booked was the cheapest twin it was nice had a view and also the breakfast was good Thank you so much

Great easy location. Clean rooms. Although the rooms & hotel are feeling ‘tired’ the service was great. Food options were fabulous as were the room service options. For the price we paid, this is great value for money.

The place was family friendly. Spacious bath and shower included in the room. Outdoor pool was very cold, but my kids were thrilled with a quick dip in the spa. Reasonably priced, beautiful lobby, convenient location.
