The room was great, big, clean, nice beds and linen. Service friendly and pleasant. I had the room closest to the road, loved the room but dear lord the noise 😖 The planes I get, it’s near the airport so all good but somewhere close by was a nightclub and the non stop boom boom boom from the bass until about 3:30am made it impossible to sleep…maybe that’s not normal? Add to that the regular boy racers blasting their music as they speed down the road and sleep was never going to happen. It’s a shame, it’s a well kept and run motel, I’d go back but would take earplugs or noise canceling headphones!

Our room looked like it had just been refurbished. We had the executive studio with a King bed. The room was very comfortable, very modern and had everything we needed. I loved the beautiful gardens and patio outside area, the grounds and motel are being well looked after. Great hosts! Would definately stay again.

First of all they don't have any staff, so no customer service and the guy he is so rude, room was not cleaned as I stay with my family and a baby. We were bitten by the flees and the room has cockroaches and other insects too. When I gave them feedback about the room, they both were so rude with us. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

First time to New Zealand, close proximity to airport. Not easy to find as addressed as Papatoetoe, however after ringing property was advised it was Manakau. Need to correct this information on booking info, otherwise all good.

The windows had no fly screens so we had to deal with flys coming through open windows. Cobwebs on the kitchen curtains. No fan in the bathroom or toilet so open windows were essential. Not an area I would choose to stay even though I didn’t feel unsafe. The building was old and needed refreshing, draft proofing and definitely fly screens and fans. The host was pleasant and helpful and made every effort to be helpful. The main supermarket was a good kilometre walk away and decent cafe and dining options were very limited. On a four lane highway!
