Hawaii STVR Registration Number:  STVR-19-355146 ************* Aloha and welcome to our luxury, oceanfront, island home!!      This is not your “ordinary vacation rental”, but rather a completely renovated, highly upgraded home, in an amazing oceanfront location that we rent out on a limited basis!             (Please take a moment and read some of the countless “5-Star” reviews from our guests who rave about their experience at our luxury island oasis!).    Our condo is situated in one of the most favored locations within the resort,  just steps away from the famous “Ocean Pool”, spa and BBQ.   Relax with your favorite beverage watching outrigger canoes, fishing boats and catamarans cruise by and enjoy spectacular sunsets every afternoon from the comfort of your very own lanai.  Every square inch of our island home has undergone an extensive renovation.    Nothing was left untouched as we had this unit professionally renovated from one end to the other.    Cooks will enjoy the exceptionally well-equipped, gourmet kitchen complete with all new appliances and built-in wine cooler.  We installed new flooring, new paint, new granite and quartz counter-tops, purchased all new furniture, and installed new “smart tv’s” throughout.   We also reconfigured both the master and guest bath areas into “spa -like” retreats and decorated the home with Hawaiian artwork by local artists.   And unlike most units at Kanaloa, our condo has a dedicated air conditioning system in the master bedroom, “in addition” to the central A/C system which helps make sleeping cool and comfortable!  Most importantly, we continually upgrade our island home in an attempt to ensure your stay is most enjoyable and consistently exceeds your expectations!  We take great pride in personally managing our property to ensure the highest standards in cleaning, furnishings, maintenance, and communication with our valued guests.     We hope to have the opportunity to share our “slice of paradise” with you in the very near future!   NOTE:  Upon arrival and required registration at the Front Desk, Kanaloa Resort will charge their one-time Guest Registration resort fee of $30.00 + tax ($31.41 total) for your entire stay.  This is not a "daily" charge and it is charged to ALL Kanaloa guests regardless of which condo you occupy.  You will be issued a parking pass, informed of the House Rules, and required to sign-off that you understand and will follow the House Rules.  You will also be issued a Gate Card to operate the entrance gate during your stay and will required to leave a $30 deposit to ensure the card is returned.
