We have a collection of Beautiful Honua Kai condos in both towers. We have several one bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condos and villas.

The Honua Kai (HK) resort is located at the northern end of golden Ka'anapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the beautiful Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Honua Kai is Maui's newest beachfront ultra-luxury resort with dining, shops, activities desk and beautiful grounds spanning multiple swimming pools, waterfalls, exotic flower gardens and rolling greens.

Guests have access to all the Honua Kai Resort amenities subject to availability.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
