Está propiedad para ser cadena de Hilton está horriblemente manejada por gente mediocre y racista para empezar la agitación estaba infestada de cucarachas, no dieron un nuevo cuarto en otro piso y nos dijeron no nos iban a limpiar el cuarto hasta el viernes , nosotros llegamos un lunes y nos regresamos el domingo y para no obtener nuestro cuarto limpio ? No era justo yo pregunté que entices que era lo que el precio del hotel incluía y dijeron que el estacionamiento y wifi, no no llevaba carro y el wife lo podremos obtener en cualquier tienda. Estoy muy muy indignada con esta experiencia. Quería que hubiera sido un viaje memorable para mí y mis hermana sabiendo que era el primero juntas de nuestra vida y con estas sorpresas me lleve. Que cruel puede ser la gente aveces.

Beds are absolutely horrible, otherwise this place is fine for the price compared to other Ka’anapali resorts. Parking is free which is nice and a grocery store is across the street. The pool area is nice, however, it’s clearly posted chairs are not to be saved and towels will be moved within 30 minutes but all the chairs with umbrellas are saved before 7:00 without anyone out there.

The property is large and very clean. We were happy with our two bedroom suite although most of the resort could you use an update. Front desk staff was very friendly. Some staff were not friendly unfortunately. The pool was the perfect temperature and the beach was nice. Location is great for walking and close to a lot of amazing food trucks as there is not much food options onsite. Overall above average with needing updates and some of the customer service was questionable. Thank you for a nice stay

Lady Ann greeted us warmly and gave us the room we wanted with a fantastic ocean view overlooking the beach. She checked to see how our stay was going and see if we needed anything. We have stayed here on three separate times of year. We like the quiet beach with less people which is just steps outside. We have had turtles swimming here every time and even swam between us. What an experience! We watched whales from our linai, pool area, and beach. We are already planning our next visit.

This property is beautiful and great location. You have the beach at one end and the other are shops. The staff members are fantastic! Super helpful and nice. The gym facility is great. I would stay in this property again.
