Maui Kaanapali Villas C253 is a 2nd floor spacious, one-bedroom loft with 1 1/2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests with central air conditioning. The living room area has a large sectional sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. Enjoy wonderful ocean views and amazing Maui sunsets from the comfort of your living room and large lanai. This ocean-view, bungalow-style condo was recently remodeled in 2022 and incorporates elements such as woodwork, tile work, and original Hawaiian artwork to create an authentic Maui experience.

The hardwood and tile floors make the home feel cool and refreshing after a day in the sun. The 1st-floor bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft bedroom features a brand-new Cal king-size bed, an ensuite powder room with toilet and sink, and a closet. Located in the Coconut building, includes an open, remodeled kitchen featuring custom wood counters and stainless steel appliances.

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more.
