THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL LIKE AT HOME, EVERYONE SO WELCOMING AND IS WALKING DISTANCE TO MAUI BREWERY ALONNG WITH THE BEACHH, SO RELAXING AMD LOVE THE ACTIVIES, WE HAD MOVIE NIGHT UNDER THE STARS.

Good but Brr!

Overall a good stay. Location is great. I hate getting nickel and dimed to death with “resort fees” that are not optional. Fees were high for things that should be included. Parking per day for a paying guest seems high also. The pool was not useable to swim in BECAUSE IT IS NOT HEATED!! Brr! It was like taking a polar plunge!

Great place.

Excellent location on Ka’anapali. Desk staff and valet staff were outstanding! Also have an awesome breakfast buffet. Highly recommended place to stay on Maui.

Outriggers Kaanapali resort did it disappoint! Room was spacious with a stunning view of the ocean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Great location and room very clean. Rarely had more than one person at the front desk, so very long wait times for check in/out and any other service request needed from the front desk.

Terribly run. We booked two queen beds and we were moved to a king bed because the fan in our bathroom was vibrating the entire walls and making extreme amounts of noise. We paid $1190 for the two nights and were told today that we’re only getting back $80. That’s absolutely unacceptable. We paid for a service and a product but we did not receive it. I’ll be writing a review on Google and anywhere else I can as well, Plus telling anyone I know not to go to this resort. We were also treated extremely rudely by the person who I think was the manager: Kaui kaina. She was extremely dismissive and told me I would need to try to get money back from the third-party service we used. Are you kidding me? The third-party service didn’t have a faulty fan and didn’t move us to a room with half as many beds as we booked. Terrible business practice.

We loved our stay at Outrigger. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds. The beach was amazing!!! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger. Kaanapali for me is the perfect location. Everything is walkable, restaurants, a great swimming beach, activities, snorkeling, great hotel. We will be back for sure
