I gotta say that i stay there quite a bit and always request a corner high floor. this time they put me on a low floor in the middle. not too happy but when i went back down to the desk they put me in a corner yes, but not a high floor. oh well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Albany, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. Their hospitality truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms. It was evident that cleanliness and upkeep are a top priority, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was both modern and welcoming, offering a relaxing retreat after a busy day. Another major highlight was the hotel’s location—it was conveniently situated near all the places I needed to visit, making transportation effortless. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers an ideal spot to stay in Albany. Overall, I highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel Albany and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very nice location and hotel. Great for walking to museums and local sites. We have an Electric car and we're pleased that they have level 2 charger on site. Only problem was one of two connectors is not working and we thought after we had inquired as to EV location in garage they would have advised us about the known malfunction so we wouldn't waste our time trying to make it charge. On site shuttle driver Jim gave us a lift to a local shop .... Appreciative as it was too cold and too many blocks away to walk!
