This property needs investment. Staff was not very professional. The first room I was given was made up. Second was so humid that furniture was damp. Floor tiles were missing in the shower. The hotel is dark and dingy. The neighborhood wasn’t great. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were not helpful. Didn’t know the name of the street next to the hotel (Clinton) and had worked there for 2 years. Also didn’t know anything about on-street parking (Buffalo Roam). Gave me an accessible room (no big deal) but shower had floor tile pieces missing. Fitness room In basement is a dump.

I will never stay at, or recommend, this hotel to anyone. The room was dark and not cleaned properly. The neighborhood is terrible in the evenings, and there are no onsite parking facilities and few nearby restaurants after business hours. If you don't have an available car, this is a useless place to stay.

When I checked in and went to room 205, it was a small, dark room with a window looking out onto the bottom of the tiny "courtyard" with windows on all sides. When I went back and asked if there were any rooms available looking out, I was pleasantly surprised to be given room 203 instead - a bigger, nicer room with a bigger bed and windows with a view looking north, for the same price. What fantastic customer service! All of the folks at the front desk were very nice and pleasant as well.
