This is one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot in NYC by both JFK and LGA. There’s 24-hour shuttle that runs every 30 min to and from JFK. Give yourself time because you need to get on the shuttle, and the shuttle takes 10-20 min to drive to the airport, and once at airport, walk to the Airtrain and ride it back into the airport which takes like 45-50 min. This hotel was conveniently located, super clean and modern, friendly staff, great coffee bar and they will hold your luggage. Lyft and Ubers are easy to book and use from here too. Great value for the night too! And one of the only airport hotels I’ve stayed at where checkout is 12 noon, not 10 or 11. Every additional hour helps!
