Staff were very accommodating. As far as cleanliness of the room it was fairly clean however; the room we stayed in needs a new microwave and lamp shades. At first I thought they were just really dirty but after further inspection its more like rust and decay.

Check in staff aura's very friendly and kind. Breakfast was nice would appreciate a few more vegan selections. The only reason I didn't give the place a five is that it was noisy in the hallways and it was noisy above us. The location was excellent for getting to old Kona Town and walking around.

The hotel is clean but not new, staff does a good job cleaning the hallways and maintaining it. The surprise was the paid parking, they don’t tell you that before. They charge $15 per day to park. The location is great if you’re without a car, theres lots of food and shops within a few minutes walking distance.
