Kept getting better

Stayed with you 3 different time in the past 2 weeks, each stay was in a different tower. All rooms/suites were great, but the last suite 2633 across the street was amazing! The pools was very relaxing, just wish it stayed open later than 6pm.

The worker in the front door selling the hotdogs was rude and the table at the elevator exit was dirty And was never cleaned the four days I stayed there . A waitress sold us a bottled water for four dollars even though we were playing the slots . Other than that everything was great I would stay there again

Where do I start! No hot water Friday and Sat. Weird rubber pump sounds all night long, escalator down, long waiting times using the elevators. Pool dirty, and not so nice staff when complaining about not having any hot water.

The property is well maintained and has helpful staff. There is a lounge there and it could be such a vibe but there was only one bartender and the cocktail I got wasn't drinkable.
