No dining available closed for renovations. No food options till 6 am then closes at 2pm. Elevator remains broken this is nothing new . Parking attendant rude and short with answers. The casino is always working 24/7. They should let people know ahead of the inconvenience of food availability.Felt like being in a motel just snack machines.

Tough stay!

The front desk personnel were super nice folks. We stayed for 3 night. Our first day/night was interesting. We decided to use the pool; unfortunately, the pool had to be closed and cleaned because (from what we heard) a child used the pool as a toilet. The pool was not easy to get in and out of. One would have to step( not an exaggeration) up two feet in order to get into the pool. It was very odd. In addition to the pool, the free chairs are limited and any type of shade is tough to come by. As for the room, my wife found a tampon on the floor. I usually try to find it he silver lining with situations. It was difficult with the situation…

There was a gas leak in the kitchen, so there was no access to food other than hotdog dogs and chips. The bathroom smell like mildew. there was dog feces across the street from the hotel. I would like a refund for my stay.

Great location due to walking distance to Fremont Experience without hearing the noises of the experience! Rooms are very clean and the hallways were quiet! Beds were comfortable! Will stay again! Staff is helpful!

Great location, clean, not too busy!

Clean casino, room, and bathroom. Kind staff at the hotel as well as in the casino. Never too packed and great location. Didn’t hear the music from Fremont, and there was a white noise machine which was awesome!

Staff was amazing casino was fun! Restaurant was not open during the week and that was a bummer but the coffee shop was open and had good coffee and tea and sandwiches. The pool was open and enjoyable… the only thing I can really complain about was the fact that it was extremely noisy, and the music was extremely loud late night we could hear from the room.
