The room smells so bad, like a mouse is dead in the room. I have advised the housekeeper and she sprayed a refreshing but the smell was still on and she advised me that they must do a deep cleaning cause they had a pet in this room previously

For the few cons, the pros get extra credit so I’m giving 5 stars. Cons were minor like there might be noise from area party spots in the neighborhood, the light on the makeup light wasn’t working, fridge in a room is extra $. Pros, great design, amazing bathrooms, generally cool, chill neighborhood, you’re near the arts district, people are nice.

Decent for a value stay. Ice maker on our floor wasn’t working. Our room has an iron but no ironing board. Had to switch rooms because first one was shaking from concerts on Fremont St. Staff was pleasant and professional. Nice outdoor pool area for downtown.
