Iam still waiting for them to credit me as they never did I called and complained 1. Elevator didn’t work for parking structure no sign and attendants said it’s been out forever I have a bad back with luggage would have been nice to know prior. 2. It was suppose to come with frigerator it didn’t they never brought it the lady was rude on phone and said no u have to pay for it I stated the front said it came with a frig….3. The restaurant didn’t have soup we ordered stated it after our other food was sitting and waiting I had to ask if that was our Togo bag then they stated no soup they gave us another one that was terrible so I ordered wings they were kind to not charge since it was taking forever finally get to room and wings weren’t cooked all the way amd my salad had no dressing we never went to complain again I waited til I got home 4. Then no ice in machine on our floor so if u could please help me get a credit or something since they never called me back and I’ve stayed there many times and never was it like this please help

The Downtown Grand is perfectly located in the heart of the old Downtown Las Vegas. If you like to avoid the hustle of the strip, this is the right hotel for you. It is close to the Fremont Street Experience and the Mob Museum. And. $3 hot dog with a beer!

Everything you want is right in walking distance. I’d definitely book here again. Only downside no mini fridge in any of the rooms as they are on the smaller side but it was clean my first room two pillows and some dirty smudge on them and so did the bed sheet. Our AC went out and they immediately moved us to another room. Granted the new room was right by the pool and there was a party event that was super loud. In saying all this they did their best to accommodate us and offered ear plugs so I personally appreciated their efforts.

Excellent experience at this hotel. I rarely stay Downtown when I am in LV but it was closer to work. I am so glad I did! Easy access to major roads, shopping, dining and services. Parking is free and super convenient! I will definitely stay here again, for business and vacation. Pool looked great but didn’t have a chance to use it this time, will try it out next time I am in town.

Nice property close to Fremont St. free self parking. Food options are ok. Some of the elevators need to be cleaned up and repaired. Elevators tell a lot about the hotel. The safety bars were missing and not a safe ride for some people to not have something to hold onto while riding.
