Disappointed in the fact that they refused to provide any housekeeping, despite front desk saying we could call and ask (we were told no the third morning when we asked),and we were there four nights. Poor quality products and beds not very comfortable. The took out the great restaurant Freedom Beat that we loved. We did not know that prior.

The service and customers care was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean. Location was great for being downtown Vegas. My personal preference would be to have better Mattresses and microwave and fridges in the room but overall, I was very pleased with the hotel.
