Check in and valet staff were awesome. Guest service on one of the days was very unhappy. A person at the candy shop was very rude. And housekeeping no vacuuming was done, didn’t show up to clean on one of the days and when I told them they stated that we told them to come back which we did not. We also waited in the lobby so they could clean when we went back they didn’t even clean the room.

The staff were very helpful and personable. The room is nice, but small. The bathroom is very small. What I didn't like is that guests cannot have access to luggage carts. We had to leave around 8 am and I asked for a luggage cart. I wss told that only bell hops have access to the carts and they don't start until 9 am. So as a couple in our 70s, we had to lug our own luggage down to our car along with additional bags. What about guests with early flights? Will never stay here again.

Honest review: Pros: 1. Place is clean and fells clean 2. Good water pressure and hot water temperature 3. Conveniently located 4. Staff were friendly and quick 5. Good room temperature control Cons: 1. Wifi doesn't work 2. No usable outlets in the room (outlets are taken up by tv and lamp)
