Stayed at the Plaza for our son’s wedding week. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. We like the downtown area vibe and enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed the view. The room itself was not very clean, the mirror was very dirty that you could barely see yourself, and the bathroom floor still had hair all around it. Wi-Fi was included in the resort fee, but it kept cutting out and I couldn’t get good usages out of it. We never bother Housekeeping other then to ask for trash to be empty and clean towels which she never had any face towels, and the cart was so over loaded that you couldn’t tell which towels were clean and which were dirty. We stay in the Plaza each time we come to Vegas, but this visit was very disappointing.

Good Location to fremont street. Rooms were very basic with no coffee, fridge or safe. . Didn't like the Bathroom set up. No door to sink and mirrored area so you couldn't get ready without waking other person up. The bedding was odd. Only sheets basically... no blanket or comforter. Only 2 towels. No housekeeping unless requested it. The main lobby smelled like sewage. Hash a go go was great though!!! I give a ☆☆☆.

Poop in the elevator, pubic hair in the shower. No sound proofing—we felt like the Fremont experience was in the room with us. We were up until 3:00 am because it was too loud to sleep. Pool smaller than a tennis court and cloudy. This hotel should be shut down and sanitized.

The window view glass was super dirty, only housekeeping by request, no full length mirror in room only a sink mirror, zero isolation, you can hear everything from next door. The pool area are dirty same with the furniture. The location is good but the hotel en general needs more attention. The Donna’s shop, the pizza, Chinese food and Mexican food are very good.

It’s a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want to stay very close to Fremont street. Cons It took around 2-3 minutes to get hot water in the shower also the air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room when I put the the temperature down. I give it 3 out of 5 stars

Great location - walkable to Fremont Street and Oktoberfest but not on it for loud noises. Love the bed - just a good balance of firm and softness. Can do an upgrade of room amenities including built in USB charging
