We were lied to upon check in in regards to the availability of rooms. There was a safety issue where our room was open. Security did not adjust the matter. Even though we were told they would mysterious/unauthorized charges on my card from the D. Not a good time.

I like that the hotel is located in an area that everything was happening right outside the hotel and you didn't have to go anywhere else. There were stores restaurants entertainment. I do not like heights and upon check in they put me on the 31st floor. I called downstairs and spoke with I forgot her name and she brought me down to the 5th floor. The air conditioner wasn't cooling and housekeeping was next door cleaning the room but she came in and cleaned my vent and that fixed the issue. Staff at the hotel were really nice. It's not on the new strip but it's the old strip and I loved it. I will be booking down there again on my next stay. I recommend this hotel. It's kind of a all in one area.

They have really bad plumbing problems and they will blame the customer had a scare 4 men went knocking at the at 6 am did not identify themselves wanting to go in the room saying they had to get in now yelling and screaming at us it was a scary episode I will never stay there again and I don’t recommend this place especially if your women alone

Our bathroom got flooded and was blamed for it was changed to a different room and they have plumbing problems so I don’t recommend anyone staying there you will get blamed and you will be charged I will never stay or recommend this place!!!
