The transport to and from the airport was great and the woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. She told us how to get an inexpensive train ride into the city. I would have given a better review but our room was next to the elevator and we heard people talking as they waited for or left the elevator all night long. Also, the light on one side of the nightstand didn’t work and neither did the outlets.

The lobby ambassador was very off putting forced his way into our elevator to press us for a review other than that room was great. Lobby ambassador needs formal training in basic human interactions.

Came back to a nice clean room and new sheets nightly, the staff was super welcoming and helpful, and the food that they had at their restaurant was delicious. I was also delighted that they had a shuttle taking us too and from the airport and hotel. The man who drove us was George Dallas and he was super kind. I would stay here again :)

This hotel was very nice,clean, and smelled so good. We were met by friendly staff and the manager Rav was very kind to us and even offered me a bottle of water. I would certainly stay at this hotel again when visiting New York.

We had a terrible experience as soon as we arrived. A man standing at the door yelled at us for using two trolleys to bring in our luggage before checking in. When I reported this to the front desk, he came over and accused me of lying, which was completely unacceptable. The front desk associate who checked us in was very kind and apologized, and I appreciate her help. However, this experience has made us extremely uncomfortable, and we will not be coming back. It’s disappointing to stay somewhere where customers are treated without respect or value.

The room had a continuous noise from the air circulation. It was very loud by at night when it was the only noise going on. It was imposible to sleep. Toilet dripping, safe on the brink, display missing a couple numbers, the “restaurant” was right there, with 2 doors that could open to the NY winter and the breakfast was a coffee and a pastry in a plastic bag. Probably all others in that area are as horrible, but next time I’ll try my luck elsewhere since I know how awful this one is.
