- There was no one at the front desk when we got there.
- The room looked okay until you actually looked at things; curtains were old and dingy, room was musty and old smelling, bathroom need more cleaning- stains running down toilet, old cabinets etc.
-The AC was not working properly. It kept getting hotter even though we lowered it. Had to eventually open the window.
- We got about three hours of sleep because we kept waking up due to the heat and uncomfortable beds.
- Front desk was not very helpful.
Felt dirty and cheap. The room was like 300 degrees qeven after telling the front desk to shut off the heat. The walls are paper thin and you hear people yelling and having sex all night. Someone tried to get into our room at 2pm. We were actually scared for our safety. I would never stay there again. Terrible experience.
The staff is friendly enough, but the place is in need of repair. A chunk of the molding in my room was missing, and the room was too hot, but the cooling unit was not working.
No heatings for a couple of hours. Changed room to another. That room’s windows was opened for a long time so room was so cold around 62 degrees. I had to wait up for more than 30 minutes to heat it up. So cheap management.

A room was booked on my account without my knowledge. It was booked through a third party app. The hotel refused to refund me even though it was considered a fraudulent charge.
The shower setup was weird. No shower door, or curtain. Open concept didnt work. I appreciated the breakfast at 7am.
Please work on the condition of the rooms as it was a little stale and mildewy.
