From check in to the end it was a wonderful stay. The best I’ve had at a Marriott, the staff was friendly and I loved the location. Still close to time square about a 8-10 minute walk but you can be tucked into a less hectic street but still be in the middle of everything. It was a 5 minute walk from a subway station.

The staff was incredibly rude when I tried to discuss a miscommunication. Employees and manager spoke over me, were short, didn’t apologize for their staff giving false information. Then gaslit me, stating that what happened “didn’t happen” and they would never have approved a cancellation. Which is not what I was asking for. Just insinuated I wanted a refund, and constantly reminded me that I made a mistake. Eventually I hung up, because they were not going to work with me at all on rectifying the situation. Hotel itself was okay, there was a dampness to the room and bed. To go breakfast was convenient.

The location is near LGA so that was very convenient. The other positive is the bed was comfortable, beyond that it was strictly 1☆.The first room was filthy, there was scattered dirt and trash on the floor, the bed was unmade, maybe housekeeping was interrupted. I was moved to another room, this one was carpeted, the carpet was disgusting, the stains on the ottoman were layered, the place was gross. The man working the front desk was less than friendly. Glad it was a brief stay!

Old and ran down but good for the price, brkfst is not a real brkfst 😂 is a to go paper bag I guess better than nothing. Staff were nice tho. Area a lil iffy if you will but nothing new for a city newyorker .

Where do I begin? Firstly, the bath water was ice cold even after running the water for 30 mins. We contacted front desk and then advised us to wait and with doing so changes were made to the temperature it was still frigidly cold. We needed an extra towel the second day, only to find out that housekeeping comes once a week. This wasn’t advised at check in. Online it states airport shuttle is available, but it does not mention that the airport won’t pick up between 12p-5p which are peak times for many airports. Furthermore, you could hear every step of every person walking upstairs. Never again

The hotel (Inn) is conveniently located within minutes of LaGurdia Airport. That is about where the positives end. The facility is located close to a bus terminal. Heavy machinery work continued until past midnight. Not the best environment forna restful night. I cant imagine what it must be like for travelers who want to sleep during the day.

Considering we missed our flight and had to stay another night, this hotel was doable. We did not have our luggage either. It was close to the airport. They at least provided tooth brush and tooth pastes. Although their mouthwash, wasn't all that great. And the walls are pretty thin, and outside the rooms were a bit noisy with people talking in the middle of the night.
