Love the breakfast. It’s closed to the airport, and the room is super nice and clean. Staff especially the night shift lady who checked us in and the shuttle bus driver were friendly. The breakfast person was also helpful.

The free shuttle service is only once every hour and you need to book it with time so if you are booking this place for the free shuttle service you either have to book it with time or just end up paying for a taxi. At that point you are better off staying at any hotel in the are paying a little bit more but having a free shuttle to the airport

Meh

The person at the front desk ignored me and pretended to be on the phone until the person next to him asked if I was trying to check in and directed me over to the person ignoring. I wish the hotel would have metal utensils, ceramic cups and plates instead. It would be friendlier for the environment. The shuttle only runs very occasionally to pick you up. I was waiting for about 35 minutes.

Very well kept hotel. If you’re driving this may not be the ideal location. It’s street parking and with the Factories and Depot across from the hotel…finding a park very difficult
