Everything and everyone inside the hotel was wonderful. Room was fine, though a tad small. The sanitation department dump across the street smelled badly and gave the impression of the area being isolated. The sound of planes overhead was not as disturbing as I thought it might be. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to airport with convenient shuttle. Very loud though. There were children sitting in the hallway and the room next to our children’s room had loud yelling and banging. The elevator would drop a few inches when getting out and in our children’s room, the shower drain didn’t drain causing water to come into the bathroom. The rooms were clean but hallways filthy.

Very convenient for anyone needing to stay close to JFK. (About 40 min to Time Square) Ms. Sandy has amazing hospitality and is so sweet! Truly a gem at what she does. The other stay was friendly as well. The room was clean and had all necessities for my short stay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There arent dining options around but there is UBER EATS and two other restaurants that will deliver here in a timely manner. Will stay every time I fly through JFK. The shuttle bus and the hotel staffs great communication made things easy as well.

The hotel gave me a room that was not cleaned. I was so tired and wanted to take shower. I realized all the towels were wet meaning they were used. I had to use used towels after my shower. The room was not cleaned, after talking to management they gave me a new room but I am still disgusted that I had to use used towels after my shower. I hope o didn’t catch anything

I booked this hotel for July 25, 2025, expecting a safe and convenient stay after a long international flight with my infant. Unfortunately, the shuttle service stopped at 10:45 PM, which was not clearly disclosed at booking. I arrived after midnight at JFK and was left stranded with no transport or assistance from the hotel. I couldn’t even reach the property I had already paid for. Very disappointing and misleading — I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling late at night.

My experience at this property was great. Despite arriving at midnight, the check-in process was seamless and efficient. In no time, I was in my room. Would definitely recommend for a quick stop over hotel. Not too sure it’ll be ideal for longer stays, personally. But that’s just a personal preference. Overall, good quality for money.

Convenient to JFK. No shuttle past 11 pm. Odd as they remain open for check in 24/7. JFK air train is a nightmare at 2 am.
