I am extremely disappointed with how the hotel handled the airport pickup. I waited for over an hour in the freezing cold, and a bystander had to offer me their phone so I could even contact the hotel. When I finally reached them, I was told it would be another 30 minutes.
After waiting far too long in winter conditions, another hotel kindly offered me a ride after seeing how long I had been standing outside. Upon arriving at this hotel, the receptionist dismissed my experience and told me it was “impossible” that this happened. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to resolve the situation. I was simply told there was nothing they could do.
This lack of accountability and basic customer care was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied with my stay.
