My room was not satisfactory at all! The shower had mold in it, there was a dead bug under a layer of bedding, there was a dead bug inside the the tv screen and there was burn holes in the cover sheet. I am disgusted with my stay here. I didn’t even let my bare feet touch the floor in this place.

Great option in a decent neighborhood close to the train (very close), found at the last minute due to unexpected change of plans. Would have been perfect in not for a loud party across the alley both Friday and Saturday night that went pretty late.

Property was pleasantly clean and maintained. Could use some updating as there is some wallpaper peeling in room. Bathroom very clean. Rooms on back of building do not have any noise from elevated railway and you can see car parking. There were always parking spaces available, but we parked and walked to places. Don't miss stopping at a Mexican bakery in the area, there are many and amazing. If you like Mexican food, you will have many options. Other fast food options within 15min walk. Safe and short walk to Citi Field.

The location is super close to Citi Field so great for after event stays if needed, also has quick access to the 7 rail to move about as needed. For what it was it was fine, but the doors didn’t really seal so you could smell smoke throughout the hotel and sound traveled VERY easily. Overall decent and clean, and the staff is great

Great location for a Mets game at Citi Field. No fridge or coffee maker in the very small room. I was lucky to be in the rear of the bldg, but still the noise from trains above Roosevelt St was annoying. Rooms facing the street must be a horrible place to stay.

It was a mess who would put a hotelright under and elevated subway station! Do i have to tell you what you what you heard all night it should be notified what to expect i spent 483 dollers for 2 days of noise! Damm shame trivago!
