No complaints at all. Heater and AC worked well. House keeping on point. Right by subway to take into the city. Surrounded by great food. Would stay again.

Staff was rude. Not welcoming at all. The hallway smells like garbage. The room was ok. Nice view of the city. Noisy since it’s next to the metro tracks and windows so not block much sound. Hallway outside the room smelled like garbage as well.

Exceeded my expectation

Clean room, friendly staffs. Easy check in. Conviently location. 7 train is block away. 30 mins ride to Times Square. McDonald and target is block away. Mexican, Indian and Nepali restaurants are near by. We enjoyed our stay. Wish: wish they have microwave , freeze and coffee maker.. We definitely recommend..
