One of the best hotels I’ve stayed while visiting New York, subway 9 min walk away so many shops and eatery just around the corner and the hotel and staff was AMAZING my room was cleaned as soon as I left out even just for coffee I will book here from now on

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of New York – 10/10 As a New Yorker, I can confidently say this hotel is a true jewel in the city. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless with a modern, well-appointed bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every single day. The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making check-in and any requests feel effortless. I especially loved the cozy lobby area, which offered a great selection of snacks and coffee—perfect for a quick refreshment throughout the day. The location is unbeatable—just a short and easy walk to the train station, making it ideal for both locals and visitors alike. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a good find. Clean, comfortable, as shown in pictures. I would say this is the perfect find, if it were in a different location. Did not always feel the safest walking around/ near the hotel.

My stay was very good. The room was tidy, quiet and very relaxing. My only complaint is the curtain length. Standing there was no issue but in bed someone from outside could potentially peer in (I was on the ground floor.). Other than that I had no other issues.

We enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the made-to-order breakfast which was included! Comfortable room and beds; appreciated ample electrical outlets and two nightstands. Also loved the view! Train noises did not bother us, especiialy since there were few of them after commuting hours. Two comments, though: there was an odd smell in our bathroom (smelled like a cat had been there) And. the bathtub and bathroom floor are extremely slippery! They both need some sort of texture or perhaps q grab bar in the tub. We are in our '70's; we don't need a handicap bathroom but slipping is a major concern for us. Otherwise, great stay!

Great hotel for a moderate price

We enjoyed our stay at the Feather Factory. We chose this location because we had stayed there a couple of years ago when we traveled to New York. One improvement the hotel made was to add a breakfast area on the fifth floor where you can have breakfast made to order. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional and made our stay enjoyable.
