Nice, safe, relaxing stay. But I hated the sneaky “destination fee”, which was simply an extra $40/night charge in addition to the posted rate. Essentially, the same as the “resort fees” charged by hotels in Las Vegas.

Less than 5 min walk to F train. Super cute property on Roosevelt Island. We felt safe walking back late from subway. Very peaceful from the city.

The Hotel is convenient with a nearby metro station. The surrounding are safe and clean considering i travelled with my kids. Parking is available around the property and there is a paid parking building just in case. It has great view of the east river , Manhattan Skyline and Bridge.

Good overall; could have been more eco-friendly, bed was too firm, nice skyline views, nice staff, valet gave us incorrect information, very good food but a little overpriced, valet parking overpriced, boutique style hotel that was cool.

Away from bustle of Manhattan

Convenient for parents visiting family that lives on Roosevelt Island. The red bus is GREAT for busing around Roosevelt island. Hotel is convenient to the Tram.
