Overall its not worth for the amount they charge for a day. And whole building smells weed. Feels so unsafe to stay with kids. They said continental brekfast included and its just cereals and some bread.

Horrible experience. Staff not friendly at all. Asked for a cart to carry my luggage to my room and 2 of the guys said they don't have any and they cant help. Told the receptionist and she had a nasty look on her face.Saw blood on the elevator door and inside the elevator. Never staying there with my family again.

We selected QI due to an event we flew in for that was down the block for convenience. We booked it in early April and showed up on the day I booked which was May 1st. We went to the room, you could smell cigarette smoke in the walls. I did a test and wiped the toilet seat and dirt was on the paper. I went back to the room and the garbage was filled with food containers and banana peel. The desk had white spots on it. My daughter who is 9 asked what was that. We immediately went downstairs and told the lady we could not stay. She offered another room, we were like absolutely not. The place looked rundown and was not worth switching rooms after what we encountered. Now the manager charged me for a night saying I canceled. Wait, what? I am disputing it with my card company. The nerve. We ended up staying at Spring Hill by Marriot for less money in Garden City, Long Island with everything clean and smelling amazing. I was not going to do a review until he decided to not refund my card.

The staff driving the shuttle were delightful and informative. The woman behind the desk was pleasant. I booked SAME DAY after being delayed at JFK. I chose this hotel for location, shuttle service, and review for CLEANLINESS. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on top of the bedspread. I was so tired. When I booked I was getting pop ups telling me there was only one room left. I took pictures of the dirt on the bedsheets and the bedside table. Never opened my luggage washed my face brushed my teeth and left 6 hours later. I used the television to drown out the street traffic outside my window and later (3am) the yelling from the breakfast room.

Horrible Experience!!!

I would NEVER recommend this hotel. They gave our rooms away leaving my family & kids stranded in the middle of the night in New York with no place to stay & ended up having to sleep in Penn Station for 6 hours!!! The front desk attendant was extremely uncaring, unaccommodating, unprofessional & flat out indifferent! This should never happen to any family & is the WORST hotel!

Not satisfied with the service. There was no available parking at the hotel and front desk clerk said go find the parking on the street. We reached middle of the night and drove five blocks and still couldn’t find the parking. So we had to go find another hotel with available parking and quality inn didn’t refund our money. Very disappointed. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

My elderly mother was traveling for an international flight and had to stay overnight close to the airport. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle available to and from the airport. I called before I booked, three days before the flight and after she had landed and I was told multiple times that the shuttle would be available as long as it's before midnight. I called the front desk to let them know that her flight had landed and again called back around 11:50 as my mother's wheelchair was brought to the shuttle area. At this time, I was notified by the hotel that the shuttle, unfortunately is not available at this moment due to construction happening in the area and because it already past the time limit. Not to go into too many details of what we had to go through next to coordinate a pick up for someone in her condition I would not recommend staying at this place ever because of this experience.

Stayed at this hotel as I had a long wait for my connecting flight. Never again!!! Got to the area to get the shuttle bus. Waited at the collection point where I was told to wait no bus arrived. Called the hotel a second time and was told I am waiting in the correct area. Only to find that that area was closed and the shuttle bus was in another area waiting. Waiting in the cold and rain for over a hour, we missed the bus. When I called again to explain that that area was closed, I was told by the lady on reception that the shuttle bus driver has gone home for the evening and it doesn’t matter what I told her. There wasn’t a way of being collected. Had to go back to the airport and ended up getting a taxi. When I made the reservation, I ticked the box on Expedia to say I will pay on arrival but on check-in I was told my card was charged earlier that morning but that wasn’t the card I wanted to pay with. Ask if I can get my card refunded so I can pay by a different card and was told no. Checked in and my room was on a lower floor, asked to use the elevator and was told it’s out of service had to take five suitcases down some stairs. No help from the staff on the desk. Came to check out ask if i can shuttle to the airport and was told the shuttle was every hour. That information was not given at check-in. Ask if I can get a taxi and was told by the same lady on reception the hotel doesn’t call taxis for guest. I got the internet, booked an uber and left.
