I was asked to make 100 USD cash deposit. I asked why not credit card and the person at the counter said it was already informed through expedia. I have booked hundreds of times through expedia and has always made deposits with credit card. In the end we ended up checking in without the cash deposit but we got the worst room possible. I took pictures of the room condition. Dirty bed sheet, broken a/c and very very loud noisy room with no sound proof. Do not book this property.... worst ever. I have lots more to say but ill keep it at this since its waste of my time

It was a great stay, location is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. The subway are a small walk away from the hotel. Defintely staying here again if I have to.

The fact that this is so close to Manhattan is great in itself. Anybody saying that this is in an unsafe area is either exaggerating or stereotyping because there happens to be 2 project buildings next to it.
