This Location was a perfect walk to Niagara falls park and fall approx 5 min and very easy walk to the Rainbow bridge to cross over to Canda , comfortable room overlooking the park i had a nice stay

Terrible customer service

Train your front desk employees to be more customer friendly and have a better attitude when they deal with customers not acting like they are doing us a favor or giving us room for free. There are plenty of options in the area
