Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal. First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM. Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins.

Zero ducks given from the font desk male clerk

Stains all over the room (headboard, behind the bathroom door) Advised front desk and he couldn’t care less. This hotel was four stars decades ago but not in 2025. A lot of wear and tear in the common areas. Needs a lot of tlc and a decent front desk clerk that actually cares of their guest. I literally saw my “verbal complaint “ go in thru one ear and leave thru the other ear of the male front desk clerk (I wish I had his name to write in this review)

Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Our room was a little outdated, but I believe they are renovating. Not noisy at all. We had a suite with 2 queens and a bunk (full size bottom bunk). Had a sitting area with a couch and chair. Nice to have the extra space. You could see the nightly fireworks from our room. Convenient to restaurants and the falls.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the comfortable bed, which ensured a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Niagara area is nice. Surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired. Niagara park system on NY side is better than Canada side which is one big tourist trap. This property needed better onsite food options. Rooms were decent (we had a suite) Housekeeping did a nice job.
