The staff was amazing when we first got hear they greeted us with open arms and treated us like family. When we told them that we are here to celebrate our anniversary they gave us free bottle of champagne which was so nice. Last we had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in our room and up to the skyline looking at the amazing view and taking amazing pictures.The next morning the breakfast was amazing and the morning staff was also very polite and friendly and helpful. It’s sad to leave today Saturday December 13,2025 this beautiful wonderful amazing hotel. We will be back for sure next year in the summer time again and stay here longer this time.

The staff was fantastic. I arrived at 2 am to a friendly, helpful, smiling young lady who made me feel very welcome. It can be hard to have that positive attitude at the time of the day. I enjoyed the decor and atmosphere of this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice. A cut above the normal hotel breakfast.

The air conditioner in the room is making too much noise when it's working and even with it switching on, the room still feels cold. As a result I couldn't fall asleep at all for the whole night. The pillow also smells like somebody's hair has not been washed for some time.

Classic boutique hotel with very nice breakfast and sweet treats in the evening. Downside was that the room and surrounding areas reaked of strong perfumey cleaner( "fabuloso or perfumey pinesol") Had to clean the bathroom floors from the sticky residue of the cleaner used.

The room had food on the floor from previous party. No robes in the bathrooms. People were smoking in the stairwell. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to people smoking in the stairwell. We stayed 8 years ago but will not being staying again

Cleanliness was great however, what stood out the most is the absolute awesome staff. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Never once greeted without an amazing smile and a warm hello. The young lady by the name Quetina (truest apologies if I butchered the spelling) is a huge asset for their business. She makes you feel like family. We had an issue with securing an Uber for an event that we had a set time for arrival to attend, she went so far as to call and make arrangements for us a ride on her own. We 100% recommend a stay.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was always fresh and there were various options. The parking lot and area around the hotel was safe. The location is within walking distance to the Falls.
