Hotel location was ideal for walking to the falls. The bathroom shower area needed to be redone or replaced. The room was clean and spacious, but the hallway was a bit dirty at times.

The property was nice and clean. Its location is outstanding, very convenient to walk to the falls. Breakfast was nice but a bit overcrowded. I had requested an early check-in but they did not provide that unless we paid an extra fee. The room for 5 only has 4 beds and they charge extra for a rollaway bed. Overall we had a nice experience. I would happily stay there again.

One tv remote was missing...we needed two to operate the tv they couldn't get us the remote until morning. There was clothes in the dresser from the previous guests There was trash and dust under the beds The toilet seat was broken. The hall floors and the stairways were dirty. Other than that, it was fine

The front end staff was not friendly, the housekeeper never came to turn down the room, it was so loud when the people a floor up were walking, the stairways were so dirty and the breakfast was definetly lacking in options.

Air conditioning & heat worked well Staff were friendly & efficient Plenty parking available at a reasonable nightly rate Room wasn’t the cleanest. Big stain on the mattress under the sheets Bathroom faucet needed a deep clean. Old grime stuck to it. Grout in the shower stall was moldy. Body wash container was empty Generous amount of clean towels in the bathroom Beds (despite the large stain)and pillow were comfortable Rooms are definitely not sound proof. We could hear all that was going on in the hallway The information card they gave us on check in stated that there was airport transport available. When I went to book it for a 6am flight, I was told it was a miss print. Location is very convenient to Niagara Falls

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The hallway floors were sticky, and the bottoms of the doors were discolored and dirty. In our bathroom, the shower had a bath mat that was bunched up — when we lifted it, we found the tub underneath was rusting, clearly covered to hide the damage. The closet door handle was broken, and several lamp shades were cracked. It took three separate trips to the front desk before our room keys finally worked. When we requested linens for the sleeper sofa, the manager (an older ethnic gentleman) told us, “If you need something, you come down and get it.” After everything we had already dealt with, that response was very unprofessional. The front desk attendant seemed frustrated as well, mentioning that the manager had sent everyone home. It was obvious customer service was not a priority. At breakfast, we decided not to eat after seeing oatmeal sitting in a crockpot and an employee mixing eggs in a bucket with a drill. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The property is poorly maintained, and the management shows little care for guests. Do not stay here unless you have extremely low standards.

The front desk staff was very unhelpful:At the time of arrival we had already preregistered but the desk personnel first told me there was no vacantcy Ihad to make them check again they found our registration.I asked for change to use the soda machine. At first I was told we don't give out change,after explaining they found the machine only took one dollar bills the manager very reluctantly helped me. Not a very friendly place

The room was spacious & clean with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided in pump bottles installed on the shower wall which is very convenient. There is a spacious lobby as well. Moe's restaurant is located inside the hotel and there are many more restaurants nearby within walking distance. The continental breakfast is good with eggs, sausages, mini pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, juices, and excellent Buffalo McCullagh coffee.The Niagara Falls State Park is within walking distance being only about a 12 minute walk to the entrance.

Ok stay

The hotel was pretty good. It was close to Niagara Falls. They did not clean our room once in the four days. The breakfast attendant was rude. The front desk girl was clueless. She had no idea where anything was located. She didn’t know how to get to Buffalo, NY.
