Overall hotel was clean but somewhat rundown and outdated. Free breakfast was hot and delicious. The location to Niagra falls was very close for walking distance making this hotel a good place to stay so you can park your car for the entire trip without having to move it!

Unexpected parking fees I get charged, but the guy next to me doesn’t get charged for a parking. Check it online, slow process at Desk. got keys went up to the room keys don’t work. Had to go back down to the desk. Staff seemed annoyed that they had to redo key card least it was clean and nice looking. Go outside Staff was smoking pot in the parking lot. Guests smoking pot in the building unless it was the staff , garbage in the parking lot.

We survived

The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel was disappointing and disgusting. The mattress had a dried blood stain that covered the bed on one side looking like someone was murdered there. The walls and door were scummy and dirty. The tub area was moldy and deteriorating. The air unit was loud and sounded like someone crinkled tissue paper and snapped it open all night keeping us up. And there was no soap in the shower.

The hotel room door was sticking and had to be forced open and closed. The bathroom had mildew on the tiles. They wanted $25 for a late checkout and $5 for a tooth brush!

Needs some work asap

Rooms are dirty, elevator out of service for 3 days, found soda can next to the bed, hair everywhere, shower head scummy, tub paint peeling off and rough. Breakfast was a zoo. juice machine not working properly, no coffee twice, employees looked overworked and angry. Not the best.

Niagara Falls Trip 2025

The breakfast was great, it had a lot of options! The room was a bit dirty and some of the towels were wet. The beds were comfortable, and sheets smelled clean. One of the elevators was broken all weekend. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the river and park. The Double Tree Hotel next door had a great restaurant. We reserved the hotel thru Hotels.com which had the best price at the time ($240/night total).

The breakfast was, hands down, the BEST part of our two night stay! Best free breakfast we have had yet! Including a wide variety of items and REAL eggs! HOWEVER, the property, other than the breakfast area and front lobby, was dirty. Our hallway had trash on the floor the whole time, even after the cleaning crew came through. While our room appeared clean, I discovered after my shower the first night that the floor, while it had been swept, had not been mopped! I stepped out of the shower with freshly clean feet, walked around the room and stepped back in the shower only to find the water below my feet dirty! The next morning, I asked the desk to have our room thoroughly cleaned AND mopped. We returned 5 hours later, 3pm, to find no one had cleaned our room. I went back to the front desk, explained the issue with the floor for a second time, requesting again that our room be cleaned AND mopped. We left for another two hours only to find that NOTHING had been done to our room at all! At this point we were too tired to deal with it any further. Additionally, the hotel had been renovated to include only vinyl flooring and no carpets. The problem is that there is NO insulation between the floors and little in the walls. All day and all night, we heard “stomping” from the room above. What we finally figured out is the lack of insulation AND carpeting simply created constant noise with every step. A fabulous free breakfast does NOT make up for a dirty, poorly run facility.
