I'll get straight to the point without any circuitous comments. First, the positives; 1. Room (superior suite, king bed) was excellent with views of the Canadian skyline (make sure it's the "skyline" view you choose for the Canadian side, the other "casino" view is simply parking lots and Seneca resort building). 2. Convenience; it is extremely close to niagara falls area, perhaps less than 5 mins on car or about 20 mins of walk. Couple of nice restaurants on the block are a nice add on. Now the Negatives; 1. Room (suite 2 queen beds) extremely small for 2 queen beds. Hardly a suite, crammed and very suffocating. The bathroom is tiny. 2. Amenities, if you're staying less than 4 nights, they do not provide room cleaning or change of towels unless requested. There is a Starbucks on site but hardly ever open except mornings. They will charge you a $19.99 fee per night as per policy. 3. Customer Service; this is essentially the cherry on the pie. Terrible customer service, my experience emanates from my check in to the Starbucks counter. And I mean terrible in the worst possible way. They should realize that customer service is one facet of hotel services that could get you 5 stars when everything else is grievous or 1 even when everything is perfect. I'm still being accommodating when I give one extra star for the room. As far as my experience is concerned it was awful at the check-in and the Starbucks. A burnt bun on a chicken sandwich just to give an idea. I hope this helps.

This has to be the worst over priced hotel ive ever stayed at. Staff was incredibly rude. Had to switch rooms because the rooms smell like mold and stale cigarettes. I will never stay here again. 20 dollar charge when checking in for their ran down pool, parking and laundry room service.. terrible place

I was very leery driving up to the hotel because of the mediocre reviews but I was not disappointed at all. The hotel looks nice and is walkable to Niagara Falls and shopping places. The room was fantastic, high ceiling, bathroom was nice and city view was great. So I definitely recommend this place , take the city view room because its absolutely gorgeous at night

Requested upper levels and received 3rd fl of 8 levels for a one night 1 stay. Bed and room was good enough to rest a night. No freezer in fridge. Carts were not brought down to lobby to use when we arrived and staff said they are being used. Didn’t see anyone arriving that late time we arrived. We were able to get 2 rooms side by side.

The hotel was listed as 3 stars, but it wa more like a 2 star place. Limited breakfast offerings. Under staffed for all services. It rained and our 7th floor bedroom had a leak around one of the windows. The carpet got very wet. The only good thing it was within walking distance of the Rainbow Bridge.

Property Needs Improvement

There was trash left in the room. The falls were in walking distance but not much food choices. Car alarms kept going off. We had no idea that Niagara Falls City was so rundown.
