Decent room for a quick stay. Kind of lame to charge for parking but hotels gonna hotel. Front desk people were nice.

The hotel was much closer to the airport than I thought. You can actually see the airport from the hotel. Check in was seamless. The reception person answered all of my questions and she approve a 1:00 checkout on the spot. Usually you have to wait until the day of checkout to find out. She also made my transportation reservation. I could just relax and not worry about anything. I prefer to take a bath and I found out the room category I booked came with a shower. I was a little dissappointed but the shower had an adjustable shower head and I really enjoyed it. I ordered a small bite for the restaurant and the food was excellent. There was a complimentary computer station that allowed me to print my boarding pass and I even played some card games just like at home. I prefer not to travel with a computer plus I only stayed one day. I watched an HBO movie I wanted to watch. The room was immaculate. What else can I say. EXCELLENT HOTEL.

We were given ground level rooms 104 and 105 directly above dumpster, food truck deliveries, composting drop...all heavily active and loud starting at 458am and finally ending at 710am. The room felt like it was lifted and dropped on the ground with beep beep beep, reverse alarms on trucks coming and going. the worst experience ever in a hotel.

The front desk staff was WONDERFUL. My elderly mother was on vacation and fell ill. She was hospitalized and needed to spend an extra night in NY and I booked this room on short notice. She was released from the hospital and I contacted the front desk to see if she could be allowed an early check in and using discretion they prioritized her a ability to get into the first room they had available. I can’t thank the front desk staff enough for the accommodations they made for my mom. This experience will make me prioritize both my personal and professional travel. Many thanks.
