It’s an older smaller building with charm right in the heart of downtown Syracuse. A few steps from Over the Cuse Deli that has an amazing chopped cheese you should try and many other great food spots in walking distance. My room had everything I needed and was comfortable with a great view of the surrounding area. Parking was limited but adequate during my stay, just a bit difficult to find at first because the drive in entrance is right between two buildings so easy to miss, they could add a big sign to help people better find it. Cons: My TV didn’t really respond to the remote and I ended up staying on one channel bc of it (needs to be fixed!), the bathroom linens are cheap and typical gross hotel linens. If they upgraded those two things, it would make a huge difference. It’s the small things that make a world of difference. One elevator and I usually didn’t wait too long for it. There’s also stairs which has a door to the parking lot at the bottom. There’s vending machines in the lobby and I didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast or gym so can’t comment on those. Overall, good stay for the price and location.

Fantastic accommodation.

Had a suite and it was lovely. The building was historical and nice. Free breakfast was a nice variety of items. Location was good for my needs. Nice little park with a fountain right across the street outside. Loads of parking. I really enjoyed my stay.

The day was fine. The windows in the room rooms don’t open. There is an air conditioning unit in the window, which even set to echo friendly is quite loud. Our toilet didn’t flush, but the hotel was quick to fix it. The room could have been a little bit cleaner, but it was fine.

We stayed 1 night while attending a concert at Beak & Skiff about 20min away. Our room was big & exceptionally clean & seemed like it was recently renovated. The front desk clerk was super nice & friendly. The location was convenient for our needs, but seemed like maybe not the best area. We were on the top floor in a corner room & had a fair amount of outside noise during the night. For the price & cleanliness, we would definitely stay here again.
