The front desk staff was great. The room was very clean. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and we couldn’t get the room cool enough. My husband had to fix the TV cables for it to work.

Pretty sad

The TV remote didn’t work, and the TV was really small for the space on the wall. The front desk person said that WE had to reprogram the remote, which we did but it still didn’t work. Crazy loud people in the middle of the night, 3:30am, either in the hallway or out the window. Breakfast was pretty sad

A historic hotel conveniently located to attend event at Landmark Theater. The bed was super comfy and the hotel was clean. Plenty of off street parking.

No-one available to help you in with your bags No housekeeping Hairdryer in room did not plug in to any outlet Elevator was egregiously slow Guests were permitted to drink their own alcohol in the lobby, apparently No late checkout available No umbrella available to borrow on rainy day No business centre but at least you had a printer Room locking system insufficient

We stayed on the first floor and the noise level was really high. The walls are paper thin. Every time someone in another room either flushed the toilet or used the show, we heard a loud gush of water that sounded like it was going to come in our room. Unlikely to stay here again. Staff was very nice, which was great.
