Stay away from this hotel.

This property does not live up to the name Ramada Inn. The building looks rundown like it was stuck in the 70s. There were bugs in the room. The light socket hung out of the wall and sparked when you push the plug-in. There was a lot of shady characters going in and out. The breakfast was controlled by the workers and all they wanted to give you was one Small muffin. When I asked for two, the guy got upset. I could go on and on, but I’ll give a few pictures so you’ll get the point

Walked in and it was dirt broken windows,people hang out cursing in the lobby. Got on the elevator and a guest walked in with needle marks all over his arms . This was the worst plan I have ever been at. I asked for a refund and they said to call expedia

There were only two amenities that were advertised that they actually had. Free breakfast and elevators. They wouldn't allow me to use the fitness center and I doubt the pool even existed.

More patches in the walls than original wall material. Heater was non functional, only cold air. Hot water took a long time. Morning staff(especially breakfast attendant) were unfriendly/aggressive. Bathroom was not cleaned. Furniture is falling apart. Keys always de-magnetized. Not a good experience.

Check in was okay, place is gross. No pride of “ownership”. Would not recommend nor would we stay here ever again. Don’t expect much. Everything is gross and filthy.

Key card didn’t work 2x I had to get it fixed The pool was closed for repairs the whole time The breakfast was a little strange with needing a ticket to hand to a lady to get waffles??? I expected more than just basic staples since the webpage showed a big dining room with full spread breakfast bar the Fairfield Marriott in Albany at my last stay had a full spread and all you can eat no question ask .. I felt like a little kid handing a lunch lady a ticket it a bit strange ….
