The girl staff checking in was an absolute witch.Very rude nasty attitude. The hallways smell like marijuana andd body odor. Though the room was spacious, half the lights didn't work, it smelled terrible, the mattress was so thin and rock hard, the sheet and comforter were bare thin,that it was almost impossible to sleep.We had called down for some extra pillows they said they'd be right up, no one came. 30 min later we called down again and we were told there are none and then they hung up. The ice machines on every floor except the fourth floor didn't work., we stayed on the second floor. The selection for breakfast was nonexistent t,he sausage that was there was all burnt & sitting in grease, the same thing for the hot boiled eggs. The juice machine was not working. There was no ice available. It was just a really bad experienceno on top of having to pay 15 dollars to park my car there.

Nuestra estadía fue terrible la piscina cerrada mis niños tristes por no poder usarla y para variar no había agua caliente definitivamente desagradable no poder tomar un baño y lo único que me ofrecieron fue parqueo gratis por los incidentes lo cual es un chiste porque el parqueo costaba 12 dólares 😒 no recomiendo para nada este hotel

The staff was very nice but the heat was not working and it was 20 degrees outside it was fixed the following day after a few attempts but the damage was done I not have a cold and missed work due to not feeling well

Everything was great — the room, hallways, fitness center, and overall cleanliness were excellent. My only complaint is that Guest Services and the front desk never answered the phone. I called multiple times on two separate occasions with no response and eventually had to walk downstairs. Other than that, my stay was very good.
