Friendly Staff

Had wonderful time. I don’t eat pork and they even had Turkey bacon for breakfast. I asked about it and the staff was so friendly he went and made some for me.

The staff are polite helpful and caring. I left my cell phone in a near by resturant. Front desk staff Wayne and Tasha looked up the number of the resturant and called them and asked them to hold my phone till I could pick it up, how kind and concerned they were! House keeping is great the place is spotless . There is talks in other reviews about door slamming which is true but I believe maintenance is in the process of adjusting the tension on the door hinges Breakfast is great complements to the chief and to the helpful happy pleasant dinning room staff. Rooms are neat Bed was a problem for me but I carry my own blow up mattress from REI just Incase! I will stay again and parking is free and secure!

We left a day early which we did not get reimbursed for because we were woken up by loud music in the parking lot every night between the hours of 2:30 am and 4:00 am. The road in front also has a good amount of traffic including cars driving by with loud music throughout the night. We did not get any rest. Other than that, the location was clean, staff was good, and breakfast was good as well.

The place is very nice it's just it's very noisy when you're trying to sleep at night and in the morning maybe there's a way they can be more sound barriers but other than that great facility

I specifically documented and asked for a room facing the sprain rd side. Not the odd numbers that face the excessively noisy street, gas stations and thruway. The clerk did Not greet me , had a expressive as such I was bothering her,then proceed to give me a room facing the 2 Noisy gas stations. I requested politely explaining thatI go there frequently and would prefer the quiet street. The Look on her face attitude is not 1 conducive to this business. STILL gave me a room facing the Thruway. She needs to GO!!Thank goodness the am Breakfast crew is wonderful. I may need to start going to another hotel due to this!

Fridge wasn’t working, but it got replaced the next day, sliding doors to the bathroom, wouldn’t fully close, so no bathroom privacy. Walls are very thin, was able to hear everything in the room next door, and I’ll just say, I’m glad my kids were sleeping when I heard it all. I did really enjoy the service for breakfast, was delicious and employees were amazing.
