The hotel is very nice but I have to say that I am disappointed because I left a dress and a shirt in the closet of my room 395. I called the hotel a few hours later and until now they can't find it, they leave me waiting on the phone and there is nothing concrete. I just want my things to be found. I hope I have good news soon, it's been two days since I left the hotel.

The desk chair fake leather was completely deteriorated as well as the accent chair in my room. Not vintage like wear it was completely falling apart. The comforter had sharpie marker lines and shapes drawn on it. The hand towel hardware fell off the wall the first time I used it. Really disappointed for the amount of money we spent. I will not be back.

Would have been a great location if the air conditioning was working. The entire south tower was HOT! My thermostat read 94 degrees. I made a tunnel with my covers from the mini fridge but still could not sleep. Luckily checked in just before midnight and checked out at 6:30 with a full refund. Staff was kind but obviously overwhelmed & unprepared with no solutions.

Traveling with kids and the pool was closed, which seems like it happens often based on previous reviews. It made our trip tougher on the kids who were looking forward to it. The exit closest to our room was near a sketchy gas station and the trash cans. There were often people hanging around there and people climbing in and out of the trash bins. Felt a bit unsafe.
