didn't like that Expedia and or the hotel did not allow us to pay with cash. there was an option to pay at the hotel but when we got there, the hotel said their policy didn't allow cash, so i had to borrow funds from a family member. not convenient or helpful for those who use cash

When we went to check in the lady that was working that evening ( don't know her name ) went above and beyond for us due to a check in issue with there computer not showing my name .
