The property was in poor condition. Lack of hot water. Door keys never worked. There were no food options or coffee shops near by. They charge $10 a day to park in their parking lot. Staff was not the most pleasant. TV was the size you’d find in a child’s room.

Not so nice this time.

I have stayed here twice before for business and the rooms were nice. The room I stayed in this time (421) wasn't so nice. Every light was dim and the one at the refrigerator/microwave section didn’teven work. The bathtub had a horrible stain and the drain plug wasn't in the tub and wouldn't stay up to allow water to drain. It looked as if the soap ledge had come off and was just glued back on. The water would start out hot, but would then go warm and one time went stone cold for 5 minutes even when turning to the hot even more. Also charging $10.00 a day for non-secure parking is crazy, especially when I was staying two weeks. The clerk was nice and waived it for me this one time. I can say that the staff here is very nice, courteous and helpful. I doubt however, that I will stay here again as it seems the place is going downhill.

great place to stay because of proximity to visit family. sadly we were charged an unexpected/new $10/day for parking which wasn't disclosed at booking. Other than that staff accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good.

We were pretty disappointed, the staff was friendly, we had enought toiletries, however the building is old and not very clean, hot tub was broken, pool was not heated, our room smelled like cat urine...and we found different liquid stain on furniture and sheets. Won't be staying here even tho the price was great.

Property was very run down and not maintained. Our first impression was the elevator on our side of the hotel was broken, ok no big deal we will walk. Then the room had left over party spray silly string on the walls from the last guest, ok I get it the maid must have missed it. Then we get in our swim suites to go down to the jacuzzi and it’s ice cold with non working jets. Then went into the lobby bathroom that had out of order urinals. The water fountains were out of order. The TVs in the lobby did not work. The hotel was in sad sape!

Good and not so good

The good: friendly staff. Bed linens and towels were soft. The not so good: One night stay - the hotel is located next to a busy freeway, so sound was a challenge in my room. The shower drain required cleaning... I was standing in water due to the state of the drain. I tried cleaning it but to no avail. The bathroom fan and light were on the same switch. The fan sounded like the motor was struggling - hopefully it will get some TLC soon from facilities. I was surprised to see CFL lamps still in use in the table lamps. I thought most hotels had adopted LED.
