We were supposed to get a $10 resort credit. To date, the Suncoast staff has not provided an accurate accounting which shows that the $10 was applied against our total charges. The woman who was at the registration desk insisted that the $10 charge was "backed out," but upon review of our final bill, there was no $10 credit given. I contacted the hotel manager by phone /voicemail and the website, with no response to date. It's only $10, I get it. This was supposed to be our main VIP benefit for booking through Expedia. $10. Really sloppy and to the extent it wasn't provided...fraudulent. The king room was very large and had a great view. The restaurant downstairs was expensive and food was just okay. Service was great though.

Not all the restaurants were open so there was less of a choice where to eat. Escalator going upstairs was broken the whole time we were there. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean.

Hotel is very nice! Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is renovating so there is some things closed and being remodeled but that didn’t make the stay any less enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again and checking out the renovations! Definitely recommend and will be staying again!
