The rooms were both neglected. Bugs were both dead and alive in one and under the beds was pretty dusty. When we got there asked to see the rooms staff refused to show us the rooms. They were not at all in the condition they represented on the google site. To say the least we did not stay in those conditions and we were extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this motel and i give it at 0 rating

Air conditioning was on point, room smelled like weed so bad and it was a non smoking room and the staff said of it smelled like smoke we would get charge so we brought other attention right away. We we booked a room at another place, Christina the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful and understanding. Glad I was able to get my next night stay money back but didn’t recieve deposit very unset.

Room was canceled due to our flight being canceled due to weather. Called the hotel to let them know we will be checking in next day and not that night and they couldn’t do anything because we booked through Expedia. Tried to get a hold of Expedia was only able to do that through messenger and explain to them the situation and they explained to us that they were not able to get a hold of the hotel. Long story short when we got there the next day they’d give our room away we were not able to check in. We were out that money and had to go to a different hotel the plaza and pay and stay there. I guess things work out for a reason, because the Thunderbird did not look like the pictures from the outside and was quite a ways away from Fremont strip. Our cheap trip turned into an expensive trip.
