The staff was great however, the room was not. The room was not clean and the beds were horrible. I made it work because I was only staying one night thank God. I spent most of my time at the Casino and I don’t even gamble because I did not want to go to my room and I checked out early to get out of there.

The establishment was good. Minor issues with lighting and switches not working in the room. Dining facilities very good and very good service as well. Security staff out front very nice and helpful, opening the doors for us every time.

Got to the room and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. We almost asked for another room but we had an appointment to be to. Dirty cups behind toilet. Pubic hair on the toilet seat and sink. Disgusting. Last time we loved the Alliante. This time I’m afraid you lost us for good.
